Ive only just got into streaming via DNLA over a home network , which i stumbled on by accident i must add, being impressed by this id like to continue , ive got a ITB hard drive connected to my laptop which is streaming via JRIVER media centre to my DNLA blu ray player , streaming music in FLAC format is good and sounds great but when streaming video my CPU is being sucked to death using 95% etc , is there any settings i could alter etc my pc is using a dual core processor and 3 gig of ram , also whilst streaming is any quality lost and what equipment proccesses it , would i be better just plugging in my hard drive via USB and going direct to the BLu ray player .
