I am in the process of deciding which new LCD to buy - and from comments and advice - I am most likely to purchase the panasonic 32" 700 version.

At present I only have a sky dish as the aerial input for sky + - so with that I guess the freeview side of the tv wont work for me - would this hinder and spoil my enjoyment of my purchase. If so which digital aerial would you advise me to purchase.

Or should I just plump for the Sky hd and purchase a HD dvd player as well??

Cheers

Shouldn't hinder you at all - only very rarely, such as in extremely heavy rain or snow, does the Sky signal drop out. I think we've lost it for a short while no more than twice in around five years. And the picture quality on Sky is better than Freeview on most channels, IMHO.
