Advice please

Currently i have a sony bravia A8 65 inch tv..with avr-x2700h receiver and monitor audio mass gen 2 speakers..my centre speaker is covering remote sensor..so i cant decide wether to change my receiver to sony ta-an1000 and use the tv s centre as centre speaker or change front 3 speakers to polk es 35 and es 20s or get a theatre bar 9 with subs and surrounds...advice please

.1/ Can you move the centre speaker or AVR to stop blocking the infra red remote
2/ Small makeup compact mirror angled to bounce IR signal to AVR or if you have children they can operate the mirror !!
3/ Connect a external remote IR transmitter , to R,C on rear of the AVR

Do you nor simply want your existing components to work properly? You’re decided on changing them, yes?

Not many will know those exact permutations I suspect, and they’re likely to offer quite different presentations. Any chance you can audition them?
