Advice please on improving my system

Anyone help me with this?

My present setup:-

speakers are Focal Chorus714s

Nad 521 Bee cd player

Nad C325 Bee Amp and a Squeezebox Touch

Synology Nas

I wondered if i could improve the sound much with a Dac

Previously tried a Dacmagic about 18 months ago with my SB Duet, what a great sound!

Duet bit the dust so i got a touch, i could hear no significant improvement on the internal Dac with Dacmagic attached so i sold the DC.

Always wondered ever since what it would take to improve the Touch's dac.

Wondered about Beresford Caiman or Bushmaster?

Cheers for any tips or observations.

I can't comment on either the Beresford or the Bushmaster, but the Audiolab M-DAC is worth a listen, if you haven't done so already?

An awful lot of money for what will probably be a modest improvement, with the Touch at least.

Get a better amplifier.
