Hi all.

Let me share with you my enthusiasm for Advance Paris. I have been using the streamer-amplifier MyCast7 for two years now with an overdose of satisfaction and admiration.

I always said I would continue to use separate components, and especially my turntable as often as possible, because more than often I experience digital sound as sterile, unnatural and therefore unattractive. And streaming I thought was a death knell for natural sound reproduction altogether.

But introduction to Advance Paris changed everything completely unexpectedly. I am really taken by this brand's streamers.

I opted (partly for practical reasons) for the MyCast7. Of course, I could have chosen a much more specialised level, but I consciously imposed on myself to be satisfied with a certain limit.

I deliberately chose this streamer-amplifier instead of, say, the 2x as expensive NAD C700. The product namely solves a problem I've had for quite a few years. Advance Paris actually manages very cleverly to reproduce any digital signal over-all like the specific analogue sound of a record player: a lot warmer. Moreover, the amplifier does not suffer from the metallic edge that so often threatens to make digital playback unnatural (sharp). At least, this is my experience - perhaps someone else may not perceive it.
So this device could be a good solution for anyone who has (had) some dissatisfaction with certain aspects of digital sound.

Otherwise, its reproduction is very detailed and sufficiently spacious. Damping factor fine, therefore convincing bass reproduction. Really wonderful. Compliments!

My apologies if this seems suspicious/unfriendly, but we get a lot of rather dubious reviews here. Can you confirm that you have no connection with that company, and that you paid full RRP for the item in question? If not, the content will be redacted.
Thank you for your response, which I understand. Let me be allowed to explain to you why I posted this entry. I just want to share with other HiFi enthusiasts my enthusiasm, which I hope will be to their advantage. Especially as I believe this product will solve the objections to digital sound experienced by some of my friends.

Furthermore, I have no connection with the brand, and have paid for full product out of my own pocket. I am working as a theologian, having studied religion. Hopefully you want to keep my article.

Good luck with your work and kind regards,

Andy

Good day moderator, would you kindly make our correspondence invisible in this forum? After all, it makes my contribution questionable to readers. However, please do leave my original contribution. Thank you very much for your cooperation. Greetings from Andy
Hello Andy,

As you can see from my profile I’ve been around here for quite a few years. I can assure you it’s highly dubious to anyone familiar with the forum when an unprompted encomium appears like yours, especially as a first post.

More typical is a ‘hi, I’ve got this issue with some items I’ve just acquired’ or “here’s my gear which I’ve collected over several years etc”. Without that type of introduction how could anyone give you any credibility? Unfortunately, however genuine you are, it looks like paid for promotion.

I trust that on reflection you’ll appreciate that perspective.

Welcome to the forum.
