A possibly naïve question about record cleaning

I've seen many recipes on the net for different wonderful ways of cleaning vinyl. Where on earth do I get the stuff from?

Can I just pop into Boots for some isopropyl alcohol and Photoflo?

Boots will look at you suspiciously and then say they don't sell it. Plenty of sellers on ebay for Isopropyl alcohol and distilled water, Photoflo may be harder to get, but dishwasher drying agent or screenwash work well.

Any decent chemist should be able to provide you with the Isopropyl alcohol and any good camera shop should be able to supply Kodak Photoflo

If you have no luck a quick Google will give you sites to purchase both of these items.

Sadly, I suspect the words 'decent' and 'good' could well be the limiting factors! I was hoping to be able to get some today but, as you say, Google may well be my answer.

As I said above,the high street aren't interested, try this seller on the bay, used them last year, very good.
