6 or 8 ohm setting on amp if have some 6 and some 8 ohm speakers?

I've got 6 ohm L, R and Centre speakers and 8 ohm rears. What
impedance should I set on my av receiver, 6 or 8 ohms? (Yamaha 863se).

As long as the impedance of all the speakers is pretty stable, it shouldn't make much difference, but I guess since the majority of your speakers are 6ohm, you may as well go for that.
