I watch my tv Samsung PS51 in a standard rectangular living room.My tv sits in the corner some 4 metres from my watching position.

I want to get a top quality 5-1 surround system with a budget of £1000.

I watch a lot of sport and movies.

Can I have some recommendations.(my AV receiver is the Pioneer SC 85.I don't have any surround system at the moment?

you have a top of the range avr as such it will sound its best with much better speakers than 1000 will buy,but at that price something like the dali zensor1 5.1 seems to be the best vfm.
