5.1 for my tv and phone

I have a Samsung UE40JU6000 tv and i want 5.1 surround sound on it so i can watch movies from my usb stick in 5.1 sound. however im confused with how it works, i see these "home theatre systems" but they have a blu ray player and i dont need that i just want the speakers, i also looked at some 5.1 speakers for about £60 but i dont seem to find the port i connect them to my tv (logitech z506). What i want for under £300, is a 5.1 surround sound in my room that connects to my tv and watch netflix/usb stick in 5.1 4k video, aswell as being able to connect the speakers to my phone via bluetooth and play music though id like some bassy speakers if possible. please help im very confused with all these AV recievers and digital optical out and all that

You would need to add a Bluetooth adapter e.g. http://m.richersounds.com/#!/product/HARM-BTA10 which would take you up to £300. You could upgrade the speakers later if you wished

Thanks for the help both of you. I have also recently discovered a home cinema on offer and was wondering if it would work. Its called lg LHB745 and has Bluetooth and some good speakers. Would that work fine?
