Yamaha RXV367 v Onkyo 308

I have just bought the What HiFi award winning Jamo surround sound system A102HCS5 for a very reasonable £179.00 and now need a cheap receiver/amp. Unfortunately I missed out on some very cheap offers on Sony's STRDH800's online so the Yamaha and Onkyo are the 2 choices, both being available for under £200.00. The Jamo's have a tendancy towards a tizzy top end so I need a smooth sounding amp. I'd appreciate some help on which best suits my needs.
