I have had no joy on connecting a subwoofer as I have a dali fazon sub 1. It says on the quick start guide to connect into the subwoofer port front although it has one on multi channel I tried both and and went to test and no subwoofer sound I put the volume on half the crossover on half phase on 0 power mode auto mode on normal and still no joy. The sub works as when you touch the wire end on metal it comes on. Is the amp damaged

Here is where i am putting in the subwoofer lead like the quick start says still no sound or test tone coming out of it. I only have one subwoofer and i know it works because if i touch it with my hand the end bit of the lead it also makes sound.

To be honest i tried every hole and still no joy on subwoofer 1 or 2 on a test tone. Any ideas or where are you putting it in. Updated the firmware as well.

Thank you Big Boss for your help so far i tried all of them and still no joy.

If Big Boss or anyone/someone would be kind enough to mark it out just to be sure i would appreciate it. I know this is silly but just want to make sure im doing the right thing as i can be a croc.

Okay I re-setted the AV receiver and plugged the subwoofer into the pre out and not multi channel subwoofer port and on test it does not work but on the mic automated control it worked. For some reason test tone won't work on it.
