Yamaha R-S201 and R-S300 with B&W 685

hi all,

I am a newbie in hi-fi audio and decided to buy B&W 685 speakers for the start. Has anyone tried them with Yamaha receiver R-S201? It is a very new model which is getting good reviews in the US even if quite cheap. Would they make a good pair or shall I go for R-S300 or higher? I do not have access to hi-fi shops to audition myself, so your advice will be appreciated.
