WISA module for aftermarket install

Hi Forum,

Has anyone tried to install a WISA module into a speaker? There are not that many WISA modules out there, in fact I have only spotted one:

I have not found any documentation on this module, but I presume the multi-pin connector is proprietary.
Or...as anyone figured out how it works and if it can be used for non-Lithe speakers?
