Are any wireless speakers good?

I've got an old, but fairly good Hi Fi (Arcam amp. Wharfdale speakers etc) which i'd like to utalise, rather than buying a new one.

We've just moved house, and the dining room doesn't really lend itself to having a bulky separates system in it, but want to have music in that room.

My Hifi is next door in the lounge. Would some wireless speakers, ruinning from my Hi FI be an option for the dining room, or is the sound quality generally awful?

Thanks in advance

Paul

IMHO, I've had wireless speakers before and they where pretty bang on at low volumes but once cranked they where awful!!

I think I actually gave them away as they where that awful, supposedly powerful aswell rated at 100 Watts, I kept the wireless headones though they where good.

So I think thwy would be good for you at low volumes but I think when you get them cranked up too a highish volume they will sound alittle distorted like mine did.

I don't know what anyone else thinks.........
