Hi
I have thought about upgrading my speakers to B&W 684s or MA RS6s (both surround set ups) but I wanted to continue using my Audiolab 8000A to drive the front speakers.
I thought the review or the B&W 684s in the July edition of WH(S&V) was excellent until it said ‘ you need a willing amp like a Roksan Candy III’ to drive them.
There was also a thread on here recently where someone suggested that a Cyrus 6vs2 would not be good enough to drive 684s.
So I’m wondering if someone can tell me if an 8000A is powerful enough.
Thanks.
