Just a general question on these amps as they seem to go for very reasonable prices on eBay (there's one on there now starting at £99). I own two running bi amped and they're very capable amplifiers and not what you'd typically call as a Class D sound. OK, so MF were ambitious with the original £700 launch price but ths was soon reduced down to £499 and the used prices make this a great amp for the price IMHO.

Is there a particular people dont like them as they just seem to sail under the radar?

I had two for a little while, before the upgrade bug kicked in again. I used two in a mono-block setup and thought they were decent enough. I bought mine second hand for around £500 for the pair. Sold them on again on ebay.

They seem like good value at discounted prices even if the doubling of power into lower loads as quoted by MF seem a little bit ambitious.

I like the look too.
