Hi, Dynaudio Emit 20 are very good speakers, not so demanding on amp as typical Dynaudio speakers. Those speakers will sound very good with lively amp like Rega Brio, Rega Elex mk4, Arcam A5, Arcam A15 and similar. I just do to recommend to pair them with "romantic or sirupy" sounding amp, small tube amp or similar. With last Rega amp, you can combine your system with some decent streamer like Bluesound or WiiM and let it run via digital input in Dac in those amps. Also Dac is if very good quality here. Or take some good turntable like Rega or Project with MM cartridge and you will have a very good sounding system for small room not annoying your neighbours. Best Regards.
Hi thank you for the recommendation.I just change the emit 20 in the description and i put the evoke 10 from what i see and read from reviews are better than emit 10.About the amplifiers, you are absolutely right especially Rega Elex mk4 is amazing amplifier.Rega for me is one of the top brands worldwide, excellent sound excellent build quality and prices. And the one of the rare brands that have lifetime limited warranty of specific products.

Thank you so much for your recommendations!!!The thing is that i prefer the sweet, warm, smooth sounding speakers and this also because in nearfield environment and for long sessions you need a speaker that has "gentle" sound if you allow me the expression.Because argon 1 has titanium tweeter maybe it doesn't have the warm sound that i prefer? The Rubikon 2 do you know if they are suitable for nearfield listening aprox 1,5 meters and for small room? Also are they warmer sounding than Argon 1? About the Neat because its a floorstanding its not for me because i want the speakers tweeter to be in my ears hight and this is aprox 1,25 meters.
Hi Harris.

I've no experience of the new Rubikon Range.

The Neats, although a floorstander takes up no more space than the Argons, once you factor in the speaker stands. They are just as shallow, ideal for small rooms. I certainly wouldn't dismiss them without hearing a pair.

Smooth or warm presentation will depend mainly on the amp that's powering them. There needs to be the right balance between informative and everyday listening. One thing I dislike is a forward sound - a bright sounds tends to be impressive for about the first hour, after that it starts to grate.

For a smooth presentation, can't go wrong with Q Acoustics. They are very good but if your amp veers on the same side (lush or creamy) it can sound dull after a while. This is why a demo is so important.

I am in the same page with you i do not like the forward bright sound its not for my ears and for long listening. For me its not even for 10 minutes!!!For the Neats its not the overall size its the hight because when i sit in my office chair (i will connect all the system with my pc) my ears hight is aprox 1,25 so floorstandings are not an option for me.You can't understand how hard is in Greece to find to audition the speaker you want.I will give you an examle. The other day me and a friend of mine we call the dealer of Dynaudio (hifi) in Athens asking him to audition the evoke 10 or 20.And he said that they we will never have this model for a demo and they only have emit models from their lower price models. So here audition speakers its like you win a joker you have to be very very lucky lol!!! Q Acoustics has always great reviews for their models especially the low cost ones.
