When new models of tv coming out and what are going to be new features

I am thinking of buying tv but wondering shall i wait for few months.Last year new models came in april 2010 and main feature was freeview HD and internet on tv (wifi) and 3d.Now they have consumer show in las vegas.Has anyone knows anything new feature likely to come out in new models.

Improved 3D (less cross talk we hope)

More local dimming technology (everyone seems to have their own thing now)

More internet content/widgets

3D kit built into TV's
