hi there, recently purchased the onkyo TX-SR806 and would like to know on the speaker configuration menu what to set my speakers to? my fronts are KEF iQ5se, center KEF iQ2c, sub PARADIGM PDR-10 and rears at the mo are MISSION M3DSI bipolar!! i.e should fronts be set to full band,THX, 90hz etc? i really not sure what to set them all at :(

alsothinking of updating my rears would the KEF HTS2001.3 speakers make good rears and surround effect speakers, and work well the onkyo amp? as not as big and obvious as the missions!

Why don't you just auto calibrate via your microphone instead of doing it manually? That will sort everything out nicely.

It will set up your speakers perfectly taking into consideration the location of your speakers, listening distance, size of your room etc....I tried doing it manually and it was nowhere near as good as the auto calibration. The sound effects are tuned to perfection, and you can do this as many times a s you wish, if you move speakers, subwoofers around etc.
