what speakers will sound best with my Denon AVR 1912?

I purchased Denon AVR 1912 which Iam pleased with. However my current Jamo home cinema speakers are old and tired. I listened to the new B&W M1 satellite speakers which sounded very flat and boring. I have also tried the Boston Acoustic soundware XS 5.1 speaker system, these were better but do not justify spending the money. I am looking to spend from £500 - £1,000. Advice would be greatly appreciated

I use BX2s with my 1911, although it looks like you're trying out smaller speakers. Before these I used Keff 2005s which were also good but you really need the sub
