what news about 2010 philips models?

Hello,

I'm very surprised not to have found yet tests about 2010 new philips TVs.There is a range of ten new tvs and no signs of any tests.

pfl 8605 and pfl 9705 models look as promising as sexy, so when do you intend to test them?

and why such a delay about 2010 philips tvs from all the guideonline ?

I too am puzzled. Why is What Hi Fi completely ignoring the 2010 Philips range? The 5000, 7000, and 8000 series models have been out for weeks now!

Not ignoring them at all. Mainly just waiting for review samples.

Indeed. We had a full briefing on products some months back, and are just awaiting review samples.

The main reason for delay on higher-end, 3D-ready sets is that the TVs are ready, but the 3D 'packs' (transmitter and specs) aren't ready - for retail or review.

So, not ignoring - just waiting. We'll have them to review before we finalise Awards judging.

I am an avid Philips fan and have been eagerly waiting for the most reliable and authoritative verdicts (from What Hi Fi, of course) on the 2010 range before making a purchase. Can't wait!
