............sorry if this has already been picked up in a previous post but when the Jan 08 issue compared the last lot of HD players, the mag omitted the media types that the PS3 can play.

It listed that it could only play Blu-ray, DVD and CD's, however I have found that it will happily play CDR, DVD+R DL, DVD-R, DVD+R !

I wonder if the mag will highlifght this omission in the next issue?

Andrew,

Don't worry about trolls, not worth the bother. The random abuse is the downside of t'internet. Unless it's constructive criticism folks shouldn't bother.

It's great having an online extension of the mag. It's really hard for newcomers to grapple with some of the weighty issues on specs and which bit of kit to go for, so great to have all this knowledge in one place together and access to the mag's writers.

Cheers,
JimF

Thanks for the kind words, but I have the feeling there's more to the 'susanootroll' than meets the eye. He only comes online to attack the magazine, and seems to claim quite a lot of insider/industry knowledge.

Kinda intrigues me...

Also likes to bad mouth the PS3. There is a similar character that trolls the Playstation site forums. Employee of Microsoft/Toshiba per chance?
