What headphones are best for me?

Hey everyone.

I have a question for you folks! Basically, I'm looking for a pair of headphones (NOT in-ear) to:

1) Replace an amp that I'm using for my Roland Synth.

2) To monitor how I'm playing live onstage with my band.

3) For every day use with my mp3 player.

My question is... what headphones would you guys consider to be the best for my budget, which at the moment, is around the £50-£60 at most!
