what cartridge will replace my V15III?

I've given up trying to replace my stylus in my faithful Shure V15III. What comparable cartridges are around these days suitable for my SME11 and Thorens TD160B? Any decent advice appreciated.

Audio Technica AT440MLa has the same stylus profile and tracking characteristics I believe.
