I watched about 9.5 hours of Glastonbury, mostly on fast forward. Bah humbug. Not sure if I should be worried about me or the state of the music industry, but I'm not going to sweat that one.

I rented that Statham film and took it back without watching it; decided life was too short, though I am looking forward to his next, which is unusual for me.

I made it about half an hour into that Ben Wheatley thing.

Where's the positivity i hear you cry...er...I think i intend to see that thing with Frank Langella about the bloke with the robot.

Don't like this, too many camera shots at once!

At the cinema last night., but not really my kind of movie.

2 hours plus of blistering action and stunning effects, but very little in the way of plot, some p **s poor acting, strange accents, cliched lines and a totally predictable ending.

Will look and sound good on your home system when it comes out on blu ray, but really, I expected a whole lot better from Guillermo Del Toro.

Good isn't it, and of course, there's the added bonus of ogling Monica Bellucci,I mean admiring her acting.

It certainly is, I was instantly struck by just how beautiful Monica Bellucci is, made it quite hard to keep up with the subtitles!

I think I've found a lady to rival Miss Bellucci in my affections. Louise Bourgoin.

MMMmmmmmmmmmm

Watched Oblivion yesterday, was suprisingly entertaining. I got caught up in the After Earth slating, and tarred Oblivion with the same brush. The cinematography, styling and soundtrack were wonderful, some of the acting was pretty good too. Story was a bit bindun (Can't say why without spoilers), but if you see it cheap on bluray it's worth a punt :)

Thoroughly recommend this to anyone who hasn't yet seen it:

And also concur with the poster above who enjoyed the Alan Partridge film - much funnier than I expected.
