Hi bigboss
So far I've found the sound to be loud, boomy and soft
All the best

Even if it was 16p, it'd be about 15p too much.
?
Or several pounds too much. One of the recent Black Friday deals was for Grace of Monaco; I was eagerly awaiting it to see how much they would pay me.

Think my ceiling speakers comment may have gone over your head. ;-)Sliced Bread said:They just said that the sound track was as good as the Dolby True HD soundtrack with a little bit extra, but even in these earlier days they had heared better Atmos effects in the Atmos demo trailers. ?
Personally I thought it sounded pretty good. But that's the sound quality and not the dialogue

Its good.bigboss said:The core of Atmos is Dolby TrueHD. So that's what it will play, in non-Atmos receivers.
Nice one - I thought it was pretty good. Picture and sound reference again.Series1boy said:gel said:Watched it last night and pretty impressed to be honest. The picture and sound as always really impressive, and the movie wasn't bad. I'd recommend it.

Yep, Optimus Prime just kicks ass! I do really like him!Paul. said:They are bloody terrible movies, but I do seem to have a juvenile fascination with robots fighting. Quite enjoyed tbh.
i wish Michael bay would work in partnership with other directors, he's obviously talented at action sequences but awful at everything else.
there was some rather excessive artificial film noise in the picture in places, annoying.

Check your AVR and subwoofer settings, and room acoustics.

That's true. *smile*Sliced Bread said:David@FrankHarvey said:Sound quality aside, I'll be avoiding this one ike the plague. I was setting up a system last week, and just popped it on to give the system a test - it was the most awful 5 minutes of film making I've ever seen.
As good as the soundtrack is, the characters are absolutely loathsome.
This is for me Michael Bays biggest flaw. The characters he portrays are perhaps people that he's be impressed by, but for most 'normal' people they are arrogant, hateful and irritating.
i couldn't care less if they live or die
