Not one-upmanship, just following trends like many others - yes you as a consumer have a myriad of streamers to choose from even before this one is released.

And Arcam won't be the last - watch this space, Nad et al will follow suit soon - just a matter of when, not if.

And about time too - Linn and Naim need cheaper and less complex competition.

And as a further update from those of us who've just landed from sunny Vegas (what's with all this cold and snow, eh? Brrr!), we have video of the new Arcam, though still chasing UK specifics: hence lack of news to date.
