Wattage and Amplifiers

Hello! I recently purchased a center speaker that states on its webpage that its " reccomended amplifier power is 50~150W. "

I have an AVR that has 100W per channel. I was wondering if this speaker is okay to use for my setup and if the reccomendation is that it can be used on a amplifier rated for 50w or 150w with no problem? I guess I am just confused. To specify, Its a monoprice c6 center channel speaker. Thanks!

The speakers' ratings are a guide by the manufacture to get best performance out of the speakers, and to prevent damage, however there are many variables in a system, so they are only a guide, your AVR falls exactly in the middle of the recommended range so will be fine.
