I am looking for a decent analogic VU meter for Windows. I would prefer one which can be watched in full-screen mode.

There are just a few and not all working. I need an analogic one.

A computer is digital and anything you run on it is digital, analogue is not possible except on input and output.
If it is just the analogue view you want, then follow my post above as there are a number available that show an analogue VU Meter.

Indeed, I was confused at to what the OP was hoping to achieve eben if he can find one......
