Hello to all.I am a newbie.I am using Marantz NR1200 together with Dali Zensor 3 speakers at my 18 sqm homeroom.
I would like to extend my abilities on listening details on music so would like to upgrade my Dali speakers and also need advise for Hi-Fi headphone.
Looking for advise .What better solution for speakers which will work together with Marantz NR1200 and what hi-end headphones i can purchase.Lastly ,will the Headset output of Marantz satisfieed or need an extra DAC/Amp ?
Thx for your replies.Fatih

It is not my intention to disapprove of your device, but if you really want to improve audio reproduction. Then the Hypex Nilay 500 DIY (MONO 2x) amplifier is absolutely the (cheapest) best choice. The quality of audio playback is determined by the weakest link. But don't expect any improvement if the speakers are not replaced. I have the Kef R3 speakers with active subwoofers. But when I connected the IEM to my RME ADI 2 FS DAC I was hugely disappointed with the R3 speakers. High End costs a fortune. When you really want to hear the original sound. So good that it sounds like the musicians are in the room, then magnetostats or electrostats are the solution. For example the Veddan origin (€40.00),-) But the audio reproduction improves if the current speakers are positioned correctly. The tweeters at eye level and to the left and right forming an equilateral triangle with the listener. Also give the speakers free space, because the lower the frequency, the more the sound waves will take on the shape of a circle. This means that the low is amplified more than the high by the reflections.
