We always switch most things of at the wall every night. Got up this morning, flicked the switch on the wall, then switched on the V+ box. The blue light came on for about 1-2 sec's then off again. Tried the wall switch a few times, nothing. Came to the conclusion the box had had it. Phoned Virgin at just after 8am, they are sending an engineer first thing on Monday. Not this afternoon but Monday morning, how good is that. Hows that for customer service.
