I have a basic Virgin TV setup.
Lately I have found that whenever I choose the On Demand option to watch reruns of programmes I get the message "Just a moment". Then after a long delay I get a message saying "On demand is temporarily unavailable".
If I reboot my set top box sometimes this helps. However, in the last couple of weeks the problem has been very severe.
I have phoned Virgin a couple of times and both times they have said to leave it 24 hours to see if it improves. Has anyone else had this problem? Does the type of set top box matter (mine is a really old Pace box).
