the record spot:matthewpiano:My current phono amp is a Graham Slee but its the Gram Amp 1. I think its a bit cold sounding but I'm not sure whether thats the Slee or the Sumiko cartridge. Any thoughts?

Not sure how they sound, but the Trichord Dino and a PSU is going for £295 at Heatherdale Audio just now. Long standing phono stage, well reviewed, worth a look I'd have thought?

Thanks for that. Will have a serious look. I seem to recall Trichord has some sort of relationship with Michell so might be synergy there...

Same company - the Dino is a Michell phono stage, and I can heartily recommend a [----]Dec + Rega + Dino........

The Dino is the only phono stage I would bother upgrading to from my 640p.

Oooo, one-all......

Linn Lingo perhaps? So one tacked onto a new P9 I think and linked up to an all Naim system in Loud and Clear in Edinburgh.
