Vertical lines

Hi I have a Samsung 51" plasma TV in the living room that has developed three pink/white lines top to bottom in the same place on the TV. I thought it might be Sky but after disconecting it and playing a DVD the lines are still there. TV is less than a year old bought from Currys. Any ideas. Thanks in advance

You only had a one year warranty on a 50" Plasma ? That's odd.

Anyway, still ask for them to deal with the fault. Also email (& phone) the manufacturer.

Yes, you're well within your statutory rights to have the issue dealt with, 13 months for (presumably) quite expensive plasma TV isn't a reasonable or acceptable lifespan.
