Using a PC to watch England in the World Cup

Hi, I hope someone can help...?

I'm able to stream the footy from both the BBC and ITV.com, but it keeps interrupting, and by the end of the match, it's 15-20 minutes behind - very annoying!

Are there any portable TV aerials that can connect to a PC via USB or something, so I can watch the footy on a computer monitor, but through a TV aerial and not streamling over the web?
