Hello All,
My current set-up is a Denon AVR 2805, Kef 2005.2 speakers, Panasonic DMR-EX768 DVD/HDD recorder, Sky HD, and a Samsung 42 inch HD TV. I also have a Sony BDPS760B blu-ray on order.
I understand from serching various forums that I would lose little if I connected the blu-ray player via it's analogue outputs into the "Ext In" multiple audio inputs on the old Denon 2805.
It's just that I have a £380 credit note at my locale Hi-Fi shop, that can be added to. So is it worth getting a Denon 1915 or 2310 to replace the older 2805 just to gain HDMI inputs? Or maybe waiting for the new Denon range to come out? The reason I say Denon, is that Denon and Yamaha are the only home cinema amps my locale shop stocks.
Many thanks in advance.
Regards,
Darren
