[Up to 240$]Which headset for gaming, listening music, etc?

Hello,

After long time I decided to buy my first nheadset. I had SteelSeries Siberia v2, v3 and Sades A30, Sades A70, etc. all headset was primary for gaming. SteelSeries's headset were really comfortable! Sades are too but after some time. But all of them had some deficit with it so this is a reason, why I decided to buy first "non-gaming" headset.
I'm looking for headset around 200-300$ without mic. I'm really interested with AKG K550 or beyerdynamic DT 770 (only the edition, which they're all in black). I'm looking for advice if you know better headset for me. I'm gamer (Counter Strike or others FPS games) and I'm listening to all the kind of music except country. Also I need sound card for PC for this headset.

The newer AKG K553 has been selling on Massdrop for $120, and in my opinion it's as good as most $250 headphones.
