Ultimate Guide to Systems- FEB 2008

In this (Ultimate Guide to Systems - FEB 2008) edition of What Hi Fi there was not a single mention of the Jamo HCS5 speaker package. Seemed a little weird since it won a award in 2007 for best package under £250. Any particular reason for this?

No particular reason at all. We aim to get as many complete systems in the Ultimate Guide to Systems as we can, but can't guarantee that every single individual product will get in as well.

That's not to denigrate the Jamo speaker package. It's still a great buy. I guess you could say we were just spoilt for choice!

Indeed we are, such hard working making the final decision as to what to buy. Thank you for the quick response. I have the Jamo's and trying to decide what Amp to buy, was thinking of the Onyko 605 (as I will be using it with my PS3 so would like to future proof AMP for HD Audio) but will these speakers do it justice? I know HD audio will be 7.1, so will need another 2 satellites.

Or shall I go for a cheaper option like the Onkyo 505? Cambridge Audio Azur 340R? Any suggestions.
