Just to confirm
I bought some Beyer DT1990 pro - which I love - really airy and lots of detail - but my wife didnt love them due to the leaky sound
So...
Kept them for when I am on my own and bought some Focal Elegia - which are also brilliant tbh
Prefer the DTs but the Focals are lovely too

I use Stax as my reference for critical listening of classical music. I have one setup that is solid state and one that is valves(tubes).
It's hard to beat Stax electrostatics headphones(ear speakers) for early period classical music in my opinion.

For good general purpose listening Sennheiser makes a variety of of wired & wireless headphones that can satisfy most users of headphones.
