If OP had the budget, I'd gladly recommend a P3 with Nagaoka cart + external phonostage, but otherwise, I'd take the AT, at least because it's more versatile for future upgrades (adjustable tonearm height, bypassable phono pre) and better basic cartridge (funnyly enough, the Rega Carbon is Audio Technica derrived). Also, adjustable feet are less messy (I use post-it notes under two of my P6 feet).

For the 400 Euro pricepoint, I can highly recommend the Triangle Borea BR03 standmount speakers. Slightly taller than the average bookshelf speaker but the bonus is not having rear ports. I have had mine since April-ish and have managed many hours of very enjoyable listening thanks to lockdown.
As mentioned many times throughout this forum though, speakers are a v individual choice.
Forgot to mention - I have them hooked up to a Marantz PM6006.
