Here's my case: I own a pair of Dali Zensor 3 speakers with a Yamaha RX-V379 receiver. My goal is to eventually complete the 5.1 system but my budget is very limited. I have raised an amount of money to either buy the Dali Zensor 7s or the Dali Zensor Center along with the Dali e-12f subwoofer, which are about at the same price in my country. Once I acquire one of these options I won't probably get the other for a year or so. I both love music and movies so I can't decide what to do. Any advice?

This is the order id go and wont make any difference to you but...

1 get the center speaker
2 get the rears
3 get the sub

Or you could get sub first
But the center is very important

I'd go for the centre and sub. Changing the 3s for the 7s will yield an improvement in music but not cinema, whereas the centre and the sub will make a big difference to cinema and the sub will do a reasonable job of filling in what the 3s lack in music until you can afford the 7s.
