TO THE WHAT HIFI TEAM,ADVICE PLEASE

I`ve asked this before and had various responses,thanks folks,but I would like to ask you,the experts,does the Sharp BDHP20 blu-ray player have a usb terminal for firmware updates.I would like you to tell me as you reviewed the player recently and have been told various stories by the people at Sharp,don`t think they really know,would appreciate it as I have one of these on order,cheers.

The Sharp has a service terminal, but no standard USB or Ethernet connector. Nice pic of it in lead First Test in our December 2007 issue, if you have that hanging around....

Thanks Clare,was all I needed to know,I do have that issue and saw the pic but didn`t know what was meant by service terminal.Some people say it`s for the engineers to update firmware,but we can update it by cd/dvd,do you have any idea if this is true because blu-ray confuses me to be honest,hddvd players update much easier.Anyway thanks Clare,have a good evening.
