You were down for over an hour so it wasn't a duff cable or something being unplugged.

Time enough for a medium sized fsck though (file system check, before anyone thinks otherwise)

Seemingly no lost content, so not drive failure or at least seemlessly replaced if so.

A power amp blew a fuse as someone turned it up to 11 and it took out your mains supply (assuming servers are in house)
