Except it hasn't reduced at all in fact, they've just called it that with a with a range of acceptable voltage that covers 240V. When I measure the voltage in our house it actually measures 245V.

Indeed. 230v is the 'nominal' voltage, it can fluctuate between 216 and 253v (-6 to +10%)

Hi, Jason, Isn't that mineral oil? I have never heard of water used for that.
I suspect that's what they're using in the photo, mineral oil.
I have seen instances, where they had pc's inside distilled de-Ionized water.

Technically distilled water is not conductive, but once you put anything in it (dust, metals from the computer, etc) it will become conductive and will fry your computer. Distilled water over the course of time will become contaminated and not advisable, metals atoms are polar and water is polar but oil is non polar.

I almost forgot, I actually have this special water for my AIO radiator, when it needs to be topped up. 🙂
If you have a leak in your pump, the de-Ionized water won't damage your motherboard. Never put tap water in your radiator.

Just waiting for the argument over whether you can tell the difference if you use it to make tea...

Yes, it's a Long way off thread isn't it?
Oooops.
Let's get back on track. Let me pelt a stone or two at the herd of buffalo's

Cables are the best thing since slice bread, unless you're hooked up on wireless which will be the greatest cardinal sin for an audiophile. If this matters not you, no worries, have a beer on me.

Without the humble cable, they'll be no sound, not even a squeak from Bo Diddley but do they all sound the same, absolutely not-(ish), cables of similar construction and material, will probably have the same signature.

Should you spend big wads of money on cables? No you shouldn't but find cables that isolate noise interface the best and those that are more suited to your setup.

I appreciate if you got your hifi from Temu, it's likely not going to make a difference using expensive cables.

Now I ask myself can I make it to the fence?
