Does this HD Box work with the digital Aeriel or is it dish

If you mean the Technika STBHDV2010 Freeview HD Set Top Box , its a 'Freeview' box so requires connection an terrestrial aerial.

I was not aware you could get HD through an aerial bandwidth and all that
