Question Technics SA-C600..dab radio/amp/phono/internet.

DAB radio and phono (Pro-ject turntable) have all worked great; but when I try a CD I get 'Reading' then 'No Disc' .........I also notice through the clear cover that the disc is not spinning! Before I take this back to Richer Sounds, any ideas? (I've tried numerous CD's). Many thanks.
