I think TCL has a lot to do. I bought a TCL smart TV in December 2022. In the whole of 2023, I tried to fix the freezing screen when I connect it to the Internet. I have complained to the 'so called' TCL centers in Nigeria to no avail. I advise TCL to set up repair centers in countries so people can claim their warranty. As it is now, in line with my experience, selling TCL in Africa is exposing customers to fraud.
