tci coral? or is it cable mountain?

found a optical lead that is identical to a tci coral lead its on play.com . type cable mountain in search bar and there is a gold optical lead thats identical to a tci coral. its only 4.20. does anyone know anything about these?

I sent an email to Cable Mountain and got this reply:

"It does look very similar doesn't it but I cannot confirm if it
is an identical cable as ours are OEM cables, i.e. not from a specific branded manufacturer"

If TCI also get this cable from an OEM, I wouldn't be suprised if it was from the same place.
