Synology Log on

Hi

Does anyone else seem to have problems logging on to the Synology NAS through DS audio. Literally every day I can spend half an hour trying to log on. Only when I turn off the NAS and back on again does it allow me to access the music.

I try to log on via andriod phone and Ipad all to no avail.

Are you using a static IP address? I ran into similar problems when I changed routers and didn't notice it was using DHCP.

Those problems are in your intranet, ie inside your local network connection?

I did try a static IP address but had major problems so reverted to DHCP. It seems the problems started soon after trying to set up internet access using a static IP address with my router.

Does the Synology user account you're using have the correct permissions?
