Manufacturer refurbished: An item that has been professionally restored to working order by a manufacturer-approved vendor. This means the product has been inspected, cleaned and repaired to meet manufacturer specifications and is in excellent condition.

IV brought B-stock items before and always seemed to be in new type condition, may have a little mark here or there, nothing to worry about.

I can vouch for them as that's where I brought some of my items from and they always helped me out, never brought from there website as last time I tried they did not accept payments, only by phone. So I found them on ebay and brought my equipment from there.
